HddSurgery offers data recovery services from broken hard drives.
We also offer recovery from previously opened hard drives and hard drive with media damage as a special service as to individuals as well as to other data recovery companies.
After recovery is finished, we provide a client the list of files and folders and list of damaged files (if there are some)
The prices are fixed for a certain type of problem and do not depend on the amount of data on media.
We provide no recovery no fee service.
The prices provided are in euros and are set for specific types of failures. The cost remains constant regardless of the volume of data on the data device. The standard diagnosis is free of charge.

We charge a 100 EUR upfront fee for hard drives where previous data recovery attempts have failed or the drives were opened outside of a cleanroom environment. These cases typically involve significant media damage, require substantially more time and effort, and often multiple head swaps. As a result, the percentage of successfully recovered files is usually lower.
