File Lister Update: Introducing the Redesigned File List

We’ve redesigned the File List generated by File Lister to provide a clearer, more informative and more intuitive overview of recovered data.

The new design makes important recovery information immediately visible, helping data recovery professionals quickly understand the contents and condition of a recovery.

What’s new?

Clearer file and folder information
File counts, folder sizes and file status are now displayed directly in the list, making the contents easier to understand at a glance.

Damage status at a glance
Valid and damaged data are clearly identified directly in the list, including the number of affected files.

Recovery Overview
A new visual overview summarizes the recovery with total files, recovered data, valid and damaged files, bad sectors and bad headers. Recovered data can be viewed by category — Images, Video, Documents, Audio and Other — with file counts, sizes and percentages.

Detailed format statistics
See which file formats were recovered and how much space they occupy, including counts, sizes and percentages.

More ways to explore the recovery
The new File List provides Structure, By Type and By Date views, together with List, Gallery and Overview modes.

New File List - A clearer picture of your recovery

The redesigned File List brings the most important recovery information together in one place — from individual files and folders to an overall visual summary of the recovered data.

A cleaner folder structure, visible file counts, integrated search and clearer status indicators make it easier to navigate and analyze recovered data.
